Pls oh! if i talk now they would say i have started but how or what are you using N500 million for on top inaugural ceremony?I think its just so so silly, children are dying,there is still violence everywhere, the deaths of some still untold and then Uncle Jona decides 500m for a ceremony.God dey!!!

Anyways former president of Brazil, Mr Lula Da Silva, has been slated to deliver an inaugural lecture as a mark of honour for the president with about 35 presidents and heads of governments across the world having signified their intention to be part of the inauguration ceremony.
