I've been hearing this news or should i say rumor but i'm not sure of it. I hear Nuhu Ribadu of Action congress of Nigeria (ACN) has bowed out of the Presidential race in favor of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (Rtd) as some form of alliance against GEJ and am wondering why???From the result of the just concluded NASS elections,ACN seems to be taking all,so if anybody should step down in my own opinion it should be Buhari,as Ribadu is even more popular and we can attest to some of his works,not to say Buhari didnt do anything when he was in power. If this is true pls confirm and share your information for us all here.

HME...ur not reading the political calculations right. with or without ribadu acn will win in the southwest and edo state. the political calculation is the north where buhari have a seeming advantage so this could be the basis of ribadu 'steping down.' but...a big but, ribadu have not step down for anybody o.
North is strongly for buhari while Lagos & Edo for Ribadu..so if the rumour is true..they would have a formidable party IF it is true oo.
