INEC has declared Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan as the winner of the governorship re-run election(BEFORE NKO). Uduaghan won with a total vote cast of 275,253, while his closest rival Chief Great Ogboru, of the Democratic Peoples Party got 138,244 votes.

INEC has declared Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan as the winner of the governorship re-run election(BEFORE NKO). Uduaghan won with a total vote cast of 275,253, while his closest rival Chief Great Ogboru, of the Democratic Peoples Party got 138,244 votes.
