Its the delete key in the age of break ups

A new browser plug-in allows the heartbroken to effectively erase their exes from their cyber life.
"They won't know that you're doing it. Only you will know," said Leslie Bradshaw, president of interactive agency JESS3, which developed the free "Ex-Blocker."
Firefox and Chrome users can type in the names and social networking usernames of up to five exes and install the blocker, making every image and mention of them disappear.
While expunging memories à la Jim Carrey in "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" may still be out of reach, the plug-in will eliminate errant Google search results and random postings on friends' Facebook pages.
And the erasing doesn't have to be permanent.
"It's really easy to uninstall - just in case you end up getting back together," Bradshaw laughed.
She and a co-worker came up with the idea during a Brooklyn happy hour with "Stuff Hipsters Hate" blogger Brenna Erlich.
"We all got together over drinks and just started conspiring," said Bradshaw. "It's struck a chord with people."
Of course, some New Yorkers weren't buying the concept.
"That's just ridiculous. How about grow up and get some self-control?" asked Flatbush mom Darcy Costa, 42. "I mean, really, what's next?"
But more than 900 scorned lovers have downloaded the plug-in from blockyourex.com in the two weeks it's been live.
Marine Park landscaper Chris McCormick, 33, said he doesn't trust himself to do the blocking on his own.
"Sometimes late at night, our minds take us places that we know we just shouldn't go," he said.
"We can all use a little filtering every now and then."  These americans are just hilarious oh!!! What next???

What really is 'True Beauty' ?

I watched this video that my cousin made and i was really hyped to put it on here, because it got me thinking... Whats the true definition of beauty???Hi! My name is Simi Oduwole I made this video after reading this article about a female basketball player and how people called her a man, or a tomboy because she was muscular, tall, and sporty. This article that I read had a special spot in my heart because I happen to be just like her: tall and sporty, and I have been playing basketball for a while.  Is it really pleasing to the eye or is it what is on the inside? Our society seems to have importance placed on physical beauty. I will leave you to judge whether or not our definition of true beauty has changed. ....I hope you enjoy this video.

I WONDER oh!!!!

Dont u just wonder when some people ask some questions or make statements and your like.....OK*sarcastic eyebrow*...

1.When somebody sees that you are sleeping(clearly sleeping) and then wakes you up and asks "oh were u sleeping"???? Duh!!!

2.When you see someone on the same flight as you and then you ask"oh are you traveling" my reply: no i came to wash the toilet!!!!

3.At the movies, someone sees you holding your ticket, popcorn and a drink and they proceed to ask what are u doing here????

Ans: Dont you know! I sell tickets in black here B-)

4.. In bus: A heavy lady wearing high heel shoes steps on you feet: Sorry did that hurt?
Ans :not at all. I’m on local anesthesia. Why dont you try again?

5..At funeral: One of the teary eyed people ask: Why?! Why him of all people?
Ans: why? Would it rather have been you?

6..When you get woken up at midnight by a phone call:
sorry! Were you sleeping?
Ans: No! I was doing a research on whether Zulu tribes in Africa marry or not. You thought i was sleeping? I’m an owl by the way.. X-)

7.When you see a friend with evidently short hair : hey! Have you had a haircut?
Ans: nah! Its autumn and I am shedding..

I had a laugh while writing this, hope you do... Thanks dad for some of the input

BIG BROTHER ALL STARS UNLEASHED..

Yeaaa (monkey dance) Big brother ALL STARS is finally here and we are so excited......
Kicking the show open was r&b sensation Sean Paul with 'Temperature' and moments later Mwisho from Tanzania who featured in Big Brother 1 was the first housemate to arrive. When asked about his strategy; Mwisho said "I AM GOING TO HAVE FUN".

Do you remember Jennipher who opted out of the Big Brother Revolution? Yes Jennipher from Mozambique has been given a second chance indeed and we hope this time around she does not opt out of Big Brother All stars.

Big Maama in the Paloma is back all the way from Zambia and promises it sexy this time.. Hope she does not blow her nose in the sink again causing a row in the house.

In the Big Brother Africa 3 one Housemate left Africa and went to Finland yes u guessed right  Munya baybyyy is back from Zimbabwe and has put on a lot of weight and was proud to show off a pic of his baby boy that he carried along with him to the house.

If you remember Maureen who represented Uganda in Big Brother 2 you will notice that she had a boy friend in the house and that was none other than Malawi DJ Code Sangala aged 34 oh yeah he is back representing Malawi.

At this point they paused  a bit with the entry of the housemates and had to sing Happy Birthday for Mr. Nelson Mandela and shortly after Yacob the bad boy from Ethiopia who has never been in love jetted in the house donning a blue tie.

Sheila from Kenya was the next to enter the house. IK asked her about her strategy of winning the US$ 200,000. She said that she is going to be focused on getting the cheque as opposed to relationships in the house now that she even has an anniversary ring..

If you watched Big Brother Africa1, you must have noticed the housemate who broke his leg, that was Sammy B and he is back representing Ghana the guys who did Africa proud in the just concluded  FIFA World Cup 2010.

Housemate No 9 was none other than Big Brother Revolution star Kaone otherwise known as K1 representing Botswana. Now K1 and Geraldine were buddies while in the revolution house and of course IK asked him about her? He said oh year we were in touch but not much went down.

Housemate No.10 was bad girl Meryl. she was donning some nice dress and when asked who did it she said: "I'm trying to remember" Meryl who has gained some weight but still looking good will be representing Namibia. She added that "It's great that I'm back and I'm going to give what people wanted. IK asked her about her and Kwaku? She said that their stuff did not end in the house, it went on even after the house but for now it ended...  Then Sean Paul bounced back with 'Hold my Hand' which all housemates so far in the house danced too.

Uti the ladies man from Nigeria got into the house and he is one of them guys that make the game most competitive. Uti is so happy to be back.

Lerato from South Africa got into the house. Oh my she has put on a lot of weight though Paloma beats them all via weight. She promises you her loud mouth and she could not forget Nelson Mandela's birthday.

Our boy from Uganda, Hannington Kuteesa walked in as Blu3's 'Where You are' track played.

Richard's Girl friend in the house in season 2 then, Tatiana from Angola was the last housemate to enter the house. She loves wine, champaign and says she is much stronger now and she is going to play the game.

The All Star cast settles into the house and create a bond, almost immediately!

Bursting into song, happy to be in the house with their new friends, they all sing the sweet "I love you" song before Biggie interrupts the heart warming moment.

It remains to be seen whether some Housemates will be singing another tune in the next couple of weeks and better yet, in the next few days..

BIG BROTHER ALL STARS...

How time flies, Seven years down the line and with four seasons of the show in the can, M-Net has returned with yet another edition of BIG BROTHER(singing big brother song), which promises to be exciting.

Tomorrow JULY 18th 2010 at precisely 19:00hrs on channels 101, 102 and 198, the season five of Big Brother Africa will kick off.
Tagged, The Revolution(which later became KEVOLUTION), last year’s show indeed lived up to its billing as it offered the biggest prize money of $200, 000, which was eventually won by Nigerian Kevin Pam. This year, however, M-Net has confirmed that the show will be a full-fledged All Stars version, featuring some of the most unforgettable, outspoken, entertaining housemates of previous editions.

But just who are they? That’s still a secret that remains to be unveiled tomorrow(and we are so excited and patiently waiting).

Biola Alabi, M-Net Africa Managing Director says: “This time we are going beyond the revolution to celebrate five years of sensation, romance, strategizing, friendships and just plain fun.”

According to her, this year’s show tagged, 'BIG BROTHER ALL ST ARS"will witness 14 housemates from 14 African countries come together to compete  for 91 days  for the ultimate prize of 200, 000 US Dollars.

“All the housemates, both those included in the new show and those who are not on this series, are the true stars of the Big Brother Africa story and we want to celebrate them in all their glory. What better way than to bring back some of the fans’ favorite characters for a second chance at the big prize. So, join them on Sunday as they set off on a whole new adventure,” Alabi says.

Like previous editions, the Big Brother All Stars will be full of surprises. Though, some basic elements of the show remain the same, there will as usual be tasks for the housemates. Also, the housemates will still nominate each other for eviction but the onus of keeping any of them in the house lies on the viewers. While nomination shows are on Mondays at 20:00, eviction shows come up on Sundays at 19:00. There are equally daily highlights shows at 19:00 and weekly highlights packages on Saturdays at 19:00.

IK aka WILDCHILD , who hosted the show in 2009 is back on board tomorrow and has promised to be top notch.

With the stakes now raised, Big Brother All Stars means that this season will be more strategic than ever before. As the housemates file into the house tomorrow evening the world of alliances, conspiracy and intrigues will fall into place. The stakes are higher so is the fun, s we look forward to the kick off of the show,we at HOMEMADE say 'LET THE BEST MAN WIN.(inset are a couple of our favourite ex-housemates)..For more info on big brother all stars log on to www.mnetafrica.com/bigbrother and connect with fans on facebook and twitter...

Top 15 entertainers continued

11.2Face Idibia:  This list would not be complete without 2baba as he is fondly called , original name Innocent Ujah Idibia hails from Okpokwu local government area and from the Idoma ethnic group in the southern part of Benue State, in central Nigeria. He attended Mount Saint Gabriel's Secondary School in Makurdi, Benue State. He schooled briefly in the Institute of Management & Technology, IMT, Enugu, one of the country's foremost higher institute of learning where he did his preliminary National Diploma course in Business Administration. Though, he didn't finish but would hone his skills in music by performing in shows and parties organised by the IMT and some other schools like E nugu State University of Science & Technology, Enugu (ESUT) and University of Nigeria Enugu Campus (UNEC).
His major breakthrough in the IMT was composing and singing the jingles in the famous radio show GB Fan Club in Enugu State Broadcasting Services (ESBS) in 1996. He then relocated to Lagos and joined up with his ex-IMT mate BlackFace to form Plantashun Boyz. He started calling himself "2Face" in 1996. "The name to me just refers to the outside and inside: when you first see me you see the outside but when you get to know me, you see the inside" he said in an interview with the BBC.
His award winning hit track African Queen was used as the sound track of the 2006 comedy film, Phat Girlz . This made him even more recognized internationally.
The Plantashun Boyz came together briefly in 2007 to record an album which they titled 'Plan B'.
He also released a promotion album in 2008 which has spawned a hit Enter the Place which was written by Churks though one of his least successful hits ever, did well in some charts. The Promo CD is said to have faced distribution and sales problems, going unnoticed in some areas of the country. It has led to the shift of the release date of the album from 2008 to 2009 instead of the proposed release date announced in 2007. Tuface recently released two lead off singles from the international version of his Unstoppable album and is the first Nigerian artist to have an appropriately priced CD. He is also reported to have recorded a single with Mary J. Blige.
His new song of his new album IMPLICATION is a club banger any day any time.

12.Sam Loco Efe is one of my favourite Nigerian veteran actors,he is very good and extremly funny...
The Nigerian movie industry would not be complete without the mention of this legendary star.

13.ASA: Born Bukola Elemide, Aṣa was born in Paris, France to Nigerian parents. She was two years old when her family returned to live in Nigeria. Growing up in Lagos, in the south-western part of Nigeria, She states that the city is "buzzing with energy but also home to a deep-rooted spirituality. Islam thrives shoulder to shoulder with Christianity in an atmosphere of tolerance, and the turbulent city moves endlessly in an infernal and yet harmonious ballet of love and hate, laughter and violence, poverty and wealth." However twenty years later Aṣa returned to Paris, which is where her life as an artist took wing. Aṣa was twelve when her mother sent her to one of the best schools in Nigeria. But educational excellence had a bitter taste : five years of studies and hardship. When she came home, she discovered Erykah Badu, D'Angelo, Raphael Saadiq, Lauryn Hill, Femi Kuti and Angélique Kidjo, in whose footprints she dreamed of following. At 18, Asa was very familiar with frustration. The university was on strike, the choirs were snubbing her. During these frustrating times, Asa used to lock herself in her room and sing; this she said was very comforting. Nevertheless, she managed to get her voice heard on a few radio talent shows and her first applause brought her boundless pleasure. She then signed up, in secret, for the Peter King’s School of Music and learnt to play the guitar in 6 months.
Being the only girl in the family and had to share her parents with her three brothers. At a tender age she began to look after the house during her father and mother’s absences, That is when Aṣa started to sing. The desire to sing came to her and didn’t go away, carving out a permanent place in her soul. She preferred singing to talking, improvising endlessly until her mother made her stop. Over the years her father had built up a fine collection of records featuring soul classics and Nigerian music, including Marvin Gaye, Fela Kuti, Bob Marley, Aretha Franklin, Sunny Ade, Ebenezer Obey and Lagbaja and went on to draw inspiration from them. Aṣa said "I was a tomboy and when I was a teenager I became very shy because people made fun of me … in my own way, I was already attracting attention ! I got in the habit of never doing anything like everyone else. People didn’t understand my low-pitched deep voice, the choirs didn’t want anything to do with me. I had to get to church first if I was to have any chance of getting near the mike"
In 2004 Aṣa met her manager and friend, Janet, who introduced her to Cobhams Emmanuel Asuquo, who in turn became her musical partner and producer. He enabled Aṣa, the free spirit, to find her bearings and: songs in English and Yoruba, music falling somewhere between pop and soul, inspired by her musical heritage — with particular care paid to the melodies — and reflecting the feeling she puts into it. Her texts talk about her country, the things in life, the things in her life, all delivered with feigned naïveté and real irony. She states "I like writing or thinking about my texts on the bus, or the molué, as we call it. 49 seats, 99 passengers standing up, as Fela described it. Everyone’s squashed up together and mini-dramas break out all the time. And, at the end of the day, we still manage to laugh, that’s where our strength lies..." It was at this stage of her life that Aṣa finally returned to Paris. This was her chance to test out her talent on the French musical scene, playing with artists such as the Nubians, Manu Dibango, Doctor L and Tony Allen. In the meantime, back in Nigeria, her first single, Eyé Adaba, then Jailer, were beginning to get airtime. MTV chose her as the ambassador for South Africa. Her popularity became big, that when she came back to Nigeria she opened for Akon, John Legend, Beyoncé and Snoop Dogg amongst others.
Aṣa soon signed to the 'Naïve label'. Partnered by Cobhams, and with the new involvement of Christophe Dupouy, she produced a her first album, Aṣa.

14.Sasha :Original name Yetunde Alabi was the only girl in the then Nigerian Group Trybes men,she rose to become Nigeria's foremost female rapper and is referred to as the female don in that genre of music...Sasha recently was performing at the world cup entertaining Africans and the world alike... And undoubtedly one of the cutest people i have come across....Her song "Baba ni mo fi jo", is on homemade's top ten list...Sasha is fierce like that...

15.Basket mouth:The name BASKET MOUTH hit the big screen when he featured in international concerts that witnessed the likes of Joe, Boys 2 Men, Sean Paul, Beyonce, Wyclef Jean, Dru Hill, Akon, Snoop Dogg, Ciara, Chris Brown and many others. His international gig was in Europe (2003) after which he stayed off the foreign scene until his debut performance in Atlanta at the Nigerian Reunion in 2006. This performance led to series of performances and bookings in the United States and other countries including South Africa.
Back to back through the last 4 years, Bright has won the National Comedy Award for Best Comedian of the year, Best Stand up Comedian on the year (2005/6). As a follow up to the growth, he formed a company called humor unlimited (2004), (stage play) -Devils kiss (2004), and in 2006 took it higher by forming a one man stand up comedy show which made history in Nigeria [Basket Mouth Uncensored 1,2,&3]. WIFEY, BOO ,KELE,...Which one u be?????

Am wondering where to start from with this one and i guess i would just start from the beginning... "i Love to hang out with "the dudes" u just learn a whole lot from them and i get insider jist on the various types abi categories of women......
On one of these blessed days sitting by the pool in my fathers house, we just started talking about women because i said Lagos babes(the various classes, are just characters)...
T then proceeded to tell me the types of women we have and are listed below:
Wifey.
 Boo
Kele(bitch/ho).

Then T2 said Wifey, iyawo, olo mi is IRREPLACEABLE,and the only one that is Irreplaceable. She is the one baby loves and will always love(he just comes back to her),BUT and a big but he will cheat on her with Boos and keles until he realizes no one does it like she does.... and he said am looking for wifey and continued sipping his Heineken....

Boo: on the other hand is very replaceable, she thinks she is WIFEY  but will never be WIFEY because WIFEY was made WIFEY!!!! Boo tries to take WIFEY'S spot, but  once she attempts, the guy would let her get A TASTE  but she will never achieve this spot for more than a few months....Most times boo gets replaced with another boo or the man gets mature and moves back to his first love...OB said this as he is seriously trying to cut down on his numerous boos and make one wifey...I personally feel that boo can lead to wifey(but its in some cases oh!!!)...

KELE;On the other hand and both of them had varied opinions,Kele to T is just handbag and for when he is having a long day(can u imagine). To OD he takes kele everywhere so he has something to feel on(i was standing up at this time and i almost fell into the pool with laughter " the statement"i take her everywhere" OD works for himself and has flexible times and is a man about time so i can imagine Kele feeling all hot in the passengers seat...Mercy oh Lord,MERCY!!!!

Am not saying that what this "wonderful" friends of mine are saying is the best or is right but ladies  pls open Ur beautiful eyes and use them(if u have contacts on(u for try remove am,or get better ones)as they may be unknown hindrances) dont be with a man because u dont want to be single be with him cuz it makes sense and both of u are in love and all those ish..Pls Men be careful oh... as "HELL KNOWS NOT THE FURY OF A WOMAN SCORNED"

his

Just had to bring this story(TRUE LIFE) on here...What will you do if it was ur mum,sis or aunt...

This is a true life story.

‪A friend from the Lekki Axis told me this story, kindly read carefully.
For those of us that know Lekki well, this happened around the Chevron Roundabout.
"After work last week Wednesday, I was on my way home when a woman driving an old Peugeot 505 in front of me brushed a young girl driving a very clean Honda Accord .
‪This young girl came down from the car and started insulting the woman, who was old enough to at least be her mother or Aunt.
‪All efforts by passersby to pacify her (the "KELE" aka young girl)proved abortive as she said the car was bought by her boyfriend...
I just watched and sympathized with the woman. She told the girl she'd fix the car but it was already evening, getting late and she had no money on her unless the girl followed her home if her hubby could help.
‪The girl kept screaming as people tried to beg on behalf of the woman. The girl blatantly refused and decided to call her boyfriend saying:
‪"Baby boy, a stupid woman just hit my car".
The car he bought her. The man appeared in no minute ready to please his girlfriend by raining insults on the woman.
On getting there, he started shouting, "Where is the stupid woman that hit your car",ONLY TO REALIZE THE "STUPID WOMAN" IS HIS WIFE...
Personally i was weak to my bones, God help us oh!!!!

"IT IS NOT WANDE COAL"----------->OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM MOHITS..

Homemade entertainment aspires to celebrate Africa(Nigeria most especially) and the world alike in a positive light and every medium we get we never fail to do so...It was know that on the 14th of July 2010 a preposterous picture of what people painted as Wande coal was circulating the net via facebook ,twitter and all other media sources..

Mo'hits squad through their PR company BIG SAM MEDIA issued a statement  "It has come to our notice that a purported nude picture of Wande Coal is being circulated on social networking site, Twitter and that made him a trending topic yesterday and early hours of today.
Wande is very grateful to those who have shown him love and as well to those who were constructive in their criticisms. He is saying a massive THANK YOU.
We also want to state categorically that there is nothing wrong or to be ashamed about being naked BUT THE PICTURES IN QUESTION ARE NOT THOSE OF WANDE COAL, the multiple Hip Hop World Award winner. That is not him and that can never be him."
It is worthy of note to let you know that the rising star has been a target of orchestrated attacks in past months. Few months ago false reports of him being treated in a psychiatric home were widely circulated even when he was busy performing in shows in Nigeria and around the world. Later, another report of him slapping a fellow in a club was initiated by some faceless people as well, a report which was false in its entirety. Last year it was also reported that he slapped 9ice during an argument, a report 9ice himself denied. Now, it is a false naked picture that is being used.

We have reason to believe that the person behind these nude pictures is the same person(s) behind earlier negative and false stories. Therefore, we are no longer taking the matter lightly. Appropriate security agencies have been briefed and investigations are on-going so as to ascertain true identity of the culprit and bring him or her to book.

Wande would also like to appeal to his numerous fans to keep calm and assure them that he won’t stop making good music, love them and keep right in all his doings.

Please for further inquiries, interviews, clarifications and quote please contact Sunday Are on 08033480122 or Bigsam Media on 08028302862 or email bigsam@bigsam.org.

Decorations-------.Giving life

Sometimes you imagine in your head how your future house will be(the living room(s), kitchen, the dining area) and all sorts of ideas come into your head, some people cant be bothered with all these as long as they have a place to lay their head, food to eat and TV to watch and trust me people do this in only one room and u guessed right the bedroom and i must say this place ends up looking like some tornado hit it because everything is juggled up thereby leaving all other parts in the house very idle but to others decoration/interior designing is a lifestyle and they make good bucks out of it....U don't have to have a million naira to decorate or design your house or worse still make it look like an art museum or a rainbow u can have it simple and nice with basic ideas, a good but mild mixture of colors and mild arts because there is class in simplicity ...I have been to a number of houses(family and friends). and you enter the house and your spirit is dampened not because of the people in the house but the ambience, the decorations, the interior desinging of the house.. I have been to a couple of weddings and seen some pictures in magazines and some have been utterly fabulous and other blinding because of too many colours: imagine a wedding where the color of the day is green yellow and red and i dont mean mild i mean blood red,and the bride decides that because they are her favourite colours she wants to have a touch of each of them on her wedding dress(it was utterly hilarious, i just couldnt fathom it) then to top it all of her brides maids and maids of honor wore red dresses, yellow shoes and hadgreen handbags(i almost fainted with laughter) and you can imagine 10 girls all strutting their stuff when they are dancing into a reception it was just.......... or a house in a bid to be decorative decides to have paintings all over the pace evn inside the kitchen, and then arts and craft from every tribe in Nigeria adorning the place9when we got into the house i innocentl asked the man if his house served as a store hwere he sold arts and crafts because the thing just plenty(pidgin English)Pink for me goes any day any time and its so heavenly i love colors and i have seen quite a number of beautiful edifices, you should just drive round lekki phase 1 and you would seee some BEAUTIFUL houses and interior designing and some not so beautiful... You dont neccessarily have to g to school t study interior decorating but you can just develop the knack for designing

cocky or NOT......

Why do people see being polite as a taboo or smething out of the ordinary(i used to feel that way)..But i guess as you grow older, u mature more..i used to be one of the rudest(if theres a word like that) i just didnt care who it was, if u annoyed or irritated me(which i could look over sometimes) i would tell you your life history, after a while i just noticed it wasnt getting me anywhere(well what happened was when one of my friends(she is the definition of calm) spoke to me,i was so embarrased... Being rude, impatient or proud is not cool infact it is disgusting...in as much as  might annoy you outrightly and yes they deserve to be lashed out sometimes always try and sort it out amicably...
I am a very beautiful babe(if i say so myself) and i didnt understand oneof the meanings of my names until i choose to change IWALEWA(WHICH MEANS CHARACTER IS BEAUTY)...
I am so loving the new me and trust me i didn't start yesterday,it took a while and though i still give it out where utmostly necessary, i try to just be calm and it has gotten me so many things.
So to all the seemingly rude put nicely cocky people out there, you can change and its not too late to start now...
 Pride comes before a fall.....

As serious as this issue is its also hilarious,The United states of America has abi is in the process of revoking visas to Nigerians(most especially people in power)lwkmd..... It started off with Joshua Dariye(former Plateau state Governor) and his family who visas were taken four years ago, now just last week former Federal Attorney general and JUSTICE MINISTER(LWKMD LOOK AT THE POSITION HE HELD)Micheal Aondoakaa visa was revoked last week.

Corrupt Nigerian officials are being punished for ‘”undermining the growth of democracy and acts designed to hinder the strengthening of democratic institutions in Nigeria,” the State Department said.

The policy, Daily Independent gathered, is a fall out of the promise President Barack Obama made to President Goodluck Jonathan to assist Nigeria in the fight against corruption by targeting officials whose “acts have bothered on undermining the democratic process.”
President Obama was said to have renewed the policy after Goodluck Jonathan came to visit Washington in April....

50 MILLION WHAT!!!!

Timi D black one.

"NA FLASH WE DEY FLASH,WE NO GET CREDIT FOR PHONE NA FLASH WE DEY FLASH".. am sure Ur wondering OK(with Ur eyebrows raised) this are the lyrics of FLASH by TIMI D BLACK One of The then group Trybes Men...Yes he is back after a long hibernation which was not for nothing as he went on to become a certified doctor(original name Dr Timileyin Akinmuda) and he is back for good, opening the floor with 2 new singles.. Where you dey? and Police...Am feeling where you dey? listen to it and i hope you enjoy it

ALL THE SINGLE LADIES....

I remember back in the days(bout 5yrs ago) when i used to do internships(while i was in college) and i was young well still am and all the guys in the places i worked in used to solicit my attention and at a point it looked like the babes i was with didn't exactly find it funny,in fact some of them were out rightly mean....At first i used to be a mumu and do all their bidding but one day i couldn't take it again and just became me(i gave them my piece of mind were necessary and though it wasn't admired it drove home the point)
Sometimes i think and say why don't i have a boyfriend or why am i not in a relationship and then i actually analyze and i come to the conclusion that in as much as i want a relationship am in it because i want to be with someone when i go out, that i bbm whenever ,that calls me up and all not necessarily because its the right time and then seriously i wonder why you have to go out with 100 guys when you are going t SAY I DO t one person, its just amazing but then again i cant base my judgment on only my ideologies...
Singleness is actually a gift,it allows you re-define yourself, find out exactly who you are, what you can handle and what you cant handle,it allows you also build yourself more in God and allows you to groom yourself to be a better woman,i used to pray that God should give me the perfect man(if you see the definition of my Mr right, u might think am a dreamer)but now i ask God to make me the perfect woman for my husband(that way you kill two birds with one stone)
Ladies, single ladies enjoy your singleness welle welle because when u become MRS its not about you anymore its the both of you and trust me it can take a while to adjust to that..
So to all my SINGLE LADIES,put Ur hands up and wave it like you just dont care

MusicTidbits.

The Abaga brothers are talented, yep what they don't have in height they make for in brains and music,I had to listen to Jesse Jagz album again and i must admit ITS OTTTT!!!!,he is very talented like wise his Indomitable brother(ND HE(JESSE JAGZ) HAS MY VOTE FOR THAT BEST NEWCOMER MUSIC AWARD).

Banky w (were*mad man*) as my papa thinks he originally means is talented, Ejo(please), at first i thought he was just a copy cat taking off rihannas umbrella but definitely adding his own mix to it and then most recently Knaan's waving flag song and i found out,he is not just adapting these songs he is making sense and music off them and thereby being proudly Nigeria..Even though i have my commas bout this dude(in terms of his attitude),OLUBANKOLE WELLINGTON IS A man of talents and i pray he only gets better cuz i have never stopped feeling it and it continually does me strong things @ Lagos parties.

Lami Phillips is one young woman to watch out for, i listened to her album and though its not an 80% she tries, aside the wardrobe malfunctions,Aunt Lami looks like shes getting to the top in baby steps and we @ HOMEMADE ENTERTAINMENT wish her the best.

Just speaking the truth

Must everybody sing i don't get it, just because somebody or people from your tribe/squad is/are making money doesn't mean you too you will make money...Till date i respect DON BABA J(DON JAZZY)he is the brain box behind MOHITS he does not deceive himself to say he wants to release his own single(S) because if he does.......
Ehen as we were saying i was listening to some guys cd and he said in one of the songs "MY ALBUM IS MORE ANTICIPATED THAN BARACK OBAMA" i had to abruptly stop the car and regain consciousness from my Laughter as did my girls because the songs was just OP and the album did not make sense as in ko ti e bosi, i thought a remix meant you change some words of the song or do something but our very own Dr... did a RE BEAT and am sure all the winchis left cuz there was nothing to winch, even the champagne grew tired of it being popped, so pls if you want to make music dont do it for the money do it because you have something sensible to say

THAT ONE PERSON

Its just funny how you like this particular guy or babe and you want them to be yours and the person on the other hand doesn’t even send you or just cant be bothered and when this guy or babe finally has your time or wants to spend time with you (even after you say what nonsense who does he/she think he is? I will not pick up the call and what not) u just run into their arms not necessarily because your desperate but because you don’t want the person to go away just like that, and you have the best day(s) or week ever and then the person disappears again or something.. Its just funny how there's someone that likes you, in fact loves you to shreds and this other one that just intrigues you and you can seem to get enough of…. What an amazing world we live in, even God himself says among the things that amaze him is the relationship between a man and woman…………

This is tagged JUST WONDERING (COINED FROM MI’S SONG “TALK ABOUT IT”).

I needed to get a new line and reactivate my blackberry so I went it AT&T outlet and I got talking to one of the sales representatives(AN AFRICAN AMERICAN OH!!!!, THE BABE IS NOT EVEN WHITE OH) and after a while she then asked me “YOU GUYS IN AFRICA HAVE BLACKBERRY’S”???? I was in utter shock and amazement, I said yes like I was a Mumu(because I was still amazed) I then proceeded to ask her where is the current world cup going on and then she looked at me and said south Africa, I then told her “I thought u were going to say IN A MASSIVE JUNGLE on top various trees”(this was with a smile and a sarcastic tone), I said babe look, Nigeria(I had to represent my country) is one of the richest nations in the world forget the corruption, the power thirsty, money hungry scoundrels the nation is a land blessed and overflowing with milk and honey. I then proceeded to ask her why do you think everyone in other countries are coming to Nigeria is it to play???( well yes some of them) but after they all see the various opportunities that abound in the country and tap into it thereby exposing the nationalities(Nigerians) to the various opportunities in Nigeria…I also proceeded to ask her if she knew that it has been in the national dailies of Nigeria and even on the paper of the world(THE INTERNET) That our very own Nigeria is more Expensive than Los Angeles ,so I didn’t see her point(I then suggested that she should come to Nigeria and stay in my house and I would treat her Hollywood style proudly Nigerian..So to all those that think Africa is a jungle, May God give you understanding..
To all my Nigerians out there NIGERIA O NI BAJE OH!!!!...XOXO…
P.s: I don’t understand these Black Americans sometimes, is it that they don’t want to associate with Africa abi??? Pls somebody should try and explain

A WOMAN.

Proverbs 31 vs 10-31 describes your ideal woman,How God created a woman or intended a woman to be and this write up is not down casting men its just in praise of women all around us who aspire everyday to be leading examples to their kids and fellow women ...
Have you noticed that it is rare to see a father taking the kids for summer holidays by himself as in mi o ri ri(i never see am before) its either the kids will play on his intelligence(which happens most time....sorry daddies reading this, its just the truth)or get excess money with their innocent faces(daddy don't reduce my own oh!!!!) and then daddy would be forming bad guy when they have gbad(chanced)him, mothers most time know what the kids want, how to handle them, she will slap you with one hand and use the other hand to tell you sorry..
A woman carries the child for 9months and that's why in most cases a woman is traumatized when miscarriages happen or the death of their children..Women are like strong towers that you run to in time of trouble for succor, they provide more compassion they might not agree with your line of action but they will help you with it and make sure it turns out right..To all the women out there from as at Omoyeni Disu, we say we love you and wish you many more years to come and DADDIES you know your our guys na, we know we have somebody to run to when mummy is shouting...

THERE IS NOBODY LIKE YOU,YOU ARE JEHOVAH THE ALMIGHTY

I just finished from church and am so moved to write about the awesomeness of God... I am not the best christian but i love God with all my heart and do my best to acknowledge him in all my ways(which by the way isn't successful sometimes)..God is just great,he is kind, loving, patient, understanding, romantic he is just awesome... I sit back and look at my life and my achievements and am just grateful because people younger, mates of mine and older than me alive and six feet into the ground haven't been able to achieve what i have achieved and beyond doubts that i might have sometimes i know God is my ever present help and shield..I just cant contain his awesomeness..today in church(HOUSE ON THE ROCK) PST Paul Adefarasin just confirmed Gods love and remembrance of me in his sermon "GOD IS IN MY HOUSE", everyday of my life is a new season and am utterly grateful to him...I was listening to two songs and i just changed the wordings and i thought i wouldnt do bad as a music mixer oh..lol... Here goes: SUDDENLY STEP IN THE CHURCH HIS LOVING ME,CRYING SO HARD HE IS TOUCHING,AND ALL THESE HAPPENED SUDDENLY...WE GO SAY BABA YATO SI BABA, WON TUN WA SO WI PE MIRACLE YATO SI MIRACLE.... And the second one is:THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT,SOMETHING ABOUT,SOMETHING ABOUT MY GOD,THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT,SOMETHING ABOUT,SOMETHING ABOUT MY GOD,BEEN AROUND THE WORLD SEEN A LOT OF gods,BUT THE LOVE WAY YOU GIVE ME I NO FIT FIND AM NOWHERE NOWHERE NOWHERE!!!! Its just amazing how God is involved in everything...DUH!!!! Yeni he is the creator of us all...This is a shout out to the funniest, kindest, most loving, awesomest FATHER IN THE UNIVERSE, MY FATHER,YOUR FATHER,OUR FATHER, THE KINGS OF KINGS, LORD OF LORDS,ANCIENT OF DAYS ,LILY OF THE VALLEY,THE I AM THAT I AM,OMNIPOTENT TO OMNISCIENT GOD,THE EVER FAITHFUL GOD,OYIGIYIGI,ALABAWIEDA,ALAKOSO ORUN,KABIYESI,IGWE,OBA AYERAYE,ABASI,CHINEKE and what he has always been to me(JEHOVAH MY NICK IN TIME:There are so many times i believe things wouldnt happen and i lose all hope or am about to lose all hope and he just shows up,he has invariably taught me the art of PATIENCE),LOVER OF ALL...I LOVE YOU LORD,WE ALL LOVE YOU LORD..............Thank u Dady

IJE(Journey)--------> the Movie

The first time i heard of this movie was when a friend told me that a particular Nigerian film that was directed by a Nigerian had won 8 awards at different film festivals and i was in utter shock considering the movies that have been churned out in the past and in recent times by some directors,so i wasnt so keen on it but so she would stop singing with the movie in my ears i asked for the for the link to watch it(trailer) and its captivating to say the least...Its Format is 35MM Directed and Produced by Chineze Anyaene Produced by: Paula Moreno ,Director of Photography: Keith L. Smith Starring:."IJE tells a tale of Chioma, a child growing up in the Nigerian countryside, who warned her restless sister, Anya, about the trappings of the American Dream. Now ten years later, Anya is accused of killing three men in her Hollywood Hills mansion and one of them her record producer-husband. Chioma travels from Nigeria to Los Angeles, and with the help of a young, unproven attorney, and discovers that the dark secret her sister wants to keep hidden might be the only thing that can win her freedom..The Cat of the movie include Genevieve Nnanji,Omotola Jolade-Ekeinde,Clem Ohameze,,Garcia Ulrich amongst others.. "SUPER EAGLES"," SUPER FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION", "SUPER NATION"

HEART OF A LION, YES WILL WE TRIUMPH, YES WE WILL SOAR, WE ARE SUPER EAGLES FLYING, IF WE BELIEVE IT WE CAN ACHIEVE IT, DEM NO FIT TAKE US, DEM NO FIT BREAK US, REPPING FOR NAIJA, PRIDE OF OUR NATION this are the words of d mix of K'Naan song adapted by Banky w feat Mi.... Yes the boys had hearts of a lion, but triumph they didn't do,it was a terrible sight at the first two matches and you wonder were the boys prepared or they just came from their various clubs and converged on the plane(UNCLE KANU NWANKWO SHOULD PLEASE GO AND REST AS HE HAS MORE THAN CONTRIBUTED IMMENSELY TO NIGERIAN FOOTBALL...THANK U SIR)But lets give VINCENT ENYEAMA HE TRIED OH!!!!DEM NO FIT TAKE US,DEM NO FIT BREAK US was exactly what Argentina and Greece did and despite the draw with Korea we had to leave because of the past failures...One particular annoying part of the match was when YAKUBU AYEGBENI was directly in front of the goal post and he missed i could have scored that goal,at that point i went to sleep as all hope was lost.... I suggested LARS LAGGERBACK bother not coming back to Nigeria because he definitely was going to be the butt of jokes alongside his "SUPER PLAYERS"....OUR VERY SUPER PRESIDENT DECIDED TO GIVE OUR SUPER BOYS A MAGNANIMOUS SUPER PUNISHMENT BY BANNING THEM FROM INTERNATIONAL MATCHES FOR TWO YEARS,D guy for just ban them till after 2014, but is this super punishment really wise, will it make the boys better???? Most of them are not based in Nigeria and are off to their various clubs after the world cup is over so we wonder did Mr President make a SUPER CHOICE...HMMMMM????

6.I go die: This guy to us is the best comedian as in, the guy has made me laugh and i peed on myself*covers face* Born Francis Agoda, but people call me “I go die”. he attended Baptist Primary School in Okpara, waterside, Delta State,When his mom found out that he could not speak pidgin English, she insisted that he should start primary school afresh which he did all over. From there, he moved to the College of Commerce, Warri. As the the best technical student, he constructed a Hover that worked with battery. "But since I was not even born with wooden or plastic spoon, there was no money to further my education". At a tender age, his parents thought he will be one of the greatest engineers because anything he saw, he could construct. he also constructed Agoda satellite that received many television stations. "So I'm . As a Wafferian, sometimes the way we speak is comical to everyone that listens us. Because comedy itself originated from warri and when a warri man or woman talks, you will know that this person comes from warri .Funny enough, his mother had a shop in their compound and he was put in charge of the shop to sell provisions. So what do you expect from a salesman who don't know how to speak English? Comedy of course. Because a lot of people came to the shop and he could not speak simple “wetin you wan buy?” he was like a comedian to them. So the story spread around warri that there was one big boy who cannot speak simple pidgin, a real Urhobo boy. However, when he was in the College of Commerce, there was a drama club and a friend of his said “Agoda, let us stroll into the club and see what they are doing there.” they went there and saw a guy who came out cracking jokes and he(AGODA) said okay, let him just tell them one or two jokes, so he started telling them about one boy who came from the village and could not speak pidgin English, his mother put him in a shop, unknown to them he was talking about myself and they were laughing seriously. That was how the interest in comedy developed.
he got the name“I go die from his surname “AGODA”, from a royal family in Abraka. While in secondary school, most of the teachers, instead of pronouncing the name A-GO-DA, rather chose to call me “I-go-die”. So when he started presenting a programme on Delta State Television, the only way of projecting myself was to adopt the name people knew him with, that is “I-go-die”. But there is an impression he want to correct here, the “I go die” is not die, as one killing himself or saying why the boy wants to die. It is “I-go-dye”. When there is no life, I have to dye to change one thing. So it is spelt “DYE” and not “DIE” as people are wont to calling me.
His first show started in warri,When he started, he never believed people would pay to watch him perform. Whenever there was an event, he went tow struggle for the microphone and entertain people and at the end of the day I would use the power of the mike and said “Una no go spread this man wey de make una laugh”.But a friend of his who was organizing a birthday party said to him “I go die, I like make –u- add some fun to this event. So he asked me how much was my fee and he said pay me N100. So his first show fetched me N100. And that N100 was like millions to him then was millions because he needed the money more than any other thing,And when he got that N100, you can't believe it, he photocopied it for record purpose. His biggest show“The Biggest show I have done in my life was “A night of a thousand laugh”. he tried more than three times to get Opa Williams to feature him on “A night of a thousand laugh, but it was after the fourth attempt that he eventually gave me a chance. It was during the Nigeria Movies Award night that Opa spotted him on stage and said: “Men you are damned good and you will perform at the next Night! of a thousand laugh”and he has since become a regular feature. “Comedy has done a lot for me, I no longer queue up in the banks or embassies for money or visa. Whenever I'm in a bank or an embassy, what usually trails me is “I go die, leave the queue, come and cash your cheque or process your papers. I have traveled to nine countries because of comedy. Infact, you this (Sunday Sun man) reporter would not be talking to me now, where it for comedy. So I can say it has done almost everything for me. Without comedy, there is no I go die
